1. What does BuyServerTech specialize in?

We provide enterprise-grade IT hardware, including servers, storage arrays, hard drives, memory, and networking equipment. Our customers include IT professionals, resellers, and data center operators.

2. Are your products new or refurbished?

We offer both new and refurbished products. New items are factory-sealed and unused. Refurbished hardware is professionally tested and inspected by certified technicians. As a certified refurbisher, we follow strict standards to ensure each unit performs reliably before it ships.

3. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most items include a 180-day warranty, unless otherwise noted. If there’s an issue within that period, we’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

4. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

5. How fast do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same business day. Orders received after that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free 2-Day Shipping on orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations will be calculated at checkout.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping on all eligible items. All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) — which means the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.

8. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. What is your return policy?

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and include all parts and accessories. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us to initiate a return.
