We take pride in processing and delivering your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our current shipping practices for both domestic and international customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders submitted Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends or holidays, will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States):

We offer Free 2-Day Shipping on all standard orders.
Alaska:

Orders to Alaska ship free via UPS Ground.
Hawaii and Other U.S. Territories:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Free shipping is not available to these destinations.
International Shipping
We support both DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) shipping methods.

DDP options include VAT and duties in the shipping cost. You will not owe additional import fees.

DDU options exclude VAT and duties; any applicable fees will be charged by the customs agency at the time of delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

2-Day Shipping: Arrives within 2 business days after processing.

UPS/FedEx Ground: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days (continental U.S.).

International Shipments: Average transit time is 3–7 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays.
Rejected or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, a restocking fee will be applied. This includes:

Shipments Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged package, we want to make it right. Please follow these steps:

Retain the original packaging and damaged product.

Submit an RMA request via our [Returns page] within 30 days of purchase.

Upon verification, we will arrange for either a full refund or replacement.
