At BuyServerTech, we prioritize fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all of our customers—both domestic and international.

Order Processing

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

Lower 48 States:

  • Free 2-Day Shipping via UPS or FedEx

Alaska:

  • Free UPS Ground Shipping

Hawaii & U.S. Territories:

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping does not apply

International Shipping

We offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) and DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) options.

  • DDP: VAT and duties are included—no additional charges on delivery.

  • DDU: Buyer is responsible for paying VAT, duties, and import fees upon arrival.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Use the Shipping Calculator on the cart page for real-time estimates.

Estimated Transit Times

  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (excluding processing day)

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 3–7 business days (customs may delay delivery)

Rejected or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is rejected or returned due to refusal or incorrect address:

  • A restocking fee will apply

  • Return shipping and any carrier-billed fees will be deducted from your refund

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Submit an RMA request through our [Returns Page] within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include photos and details of the damage

  3. Upon review, we will either:

    • Ship a replacement (based on availability), or

    • Issue a full refund
